What is Raw Food?
Raw Living foods are Unprocessed, Organic and Uncooked. The Vital Enzymes and Living Water (Chlorophyll) which is essential for proper assimilation and incredible health isn’t destroyed because nothing is heated above 115 degrees. Estimates vary, but it can safely be said that at least half of the protein, vitamins, water and minerals are destroyed when food is cooked.
